Summer Solstice Yoga Sun Salutation Challenge

Join Jo on Tuesday 21st June for a Yoga Summer Solstice☀️.

Celebrating the longest day of the year with a practice of 108 Sun Salutations.

A Yogi can’t resist a sun salutation! It is good for the soul! Just me at a sunrise hike up Slieve Donard!

There are 3 mats left in class so book in now to secure your place for this challenge and celebration.

If you can’t make it in studio, you can practice live with us online from wherever you wish to be!

Or you can access the recording at any time after class to practice when you can!

Note this class is expected to run for 1hr and 45mins (not the 1hr as advertised, although you can leave after 1 hr if you wish) and you can stop and start as you feel you need to for this challenge.
