This 6 week course is being hosted by Nicki Fulcher. It is suitable for anyone who has an interest in learning the basics to begin their journey in learning about Yoga. Even if you have practiced Yoga before, it will help strengthen your practice by focussing on the basics.
The classes will build week by week to help you gain an understanding of the reasons why you should practice yoga. Breathing exercises each week will help you relax and reduce stress in your body and your mind. Each week several poses will be introduced and developed to improve your posture and to help strengthen and mobilise your body.
