Come and join us for an exploration of the world of upside down. Whether you are relatively new to handstands or want to develop your strength and endurance to hold your handstands, Tina will help guide you through a selection of specific warm-up and conditioning exercises to prepare, learn, develop and hold!! This will be challenging!!
Suitable for any level - from having some basics and have tried handstands before to......any level!
