Finally! It’s been a long few months with Easter being so late this year - the Christmas and even the half term holidays seem so long ago, and we’re all more than ready for some down time with the long weekend and school holidays ahead of us.
Have you got anything planned for the holidays? Heading off up the Coast? Sorting out the garden? Smashing a new personal sporting best? Or just chilling out at home with friends and family? Now that Spring’s finally sprung there’s more of an incentive to get out and about isn’t there?
And if you’re worried about dragging your heels back to work or school after Easter, at least there’s only two weeks until the May Bank holiday, which is enough to put a spring in anyone’s step.
April Yin Yoga Workshop
You'll be pleased to hear that we have our next yin yoga workshop on Wednesday 24th April at 7-9pm. To practice Yin is to bring forth the values of softening, patience, kindness, compassion, acceptance, surrendering and non-striving - which ties is very much with the meaning of Easter. Easter & May Day Closures - Classes
Please note that there will be no classes from Monday 22nd to Thursday 25th April inclusive for the Easter week.
All classes are back firing on all cylinders from Monday 29th April.
Then all classes will also be off Monday 6th May for the Bank Holiday.
Easter & May Day Closures Treatments
Tanya is available as usual, except Saturday 20th through to Easter Monday 22nd. Then she’s taking some time out from Friday 27th April to Monday 6th May inclusive.
Gary’s treatments are only unavailable over the Easter week - 22-28th April.
You can book online and search for any available appointments or contact Tanya directly (try online as definitely the quickest way to book as Tanya can't always get back straight away). Various times are available to suit.
Bank Holiday Weekend & May Day Monday
There will be no treatments available and all and classes will be off on Monday 6th May for the Bank Holiday.
If you’re needing your a TDR Academy fix over the weekend, then on Saturday 4th May there’s Alana's Saturday sessions:
Beginners Aerial Hoop 9.45am-11am, and
Total Body Stretch 11.15am-12.15am
Belfast Marathon Support Crew!
